Job Requirements

- Ability to provide fast and accurate transactions
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Process checkout and return transactions
- Monitor and maintain self-checkout area
- Provide customers with product and project information
- Minimize shrink by following policies and procedures
- Position Cashiers and expedite price checks
- Approve point of sale transactions and markdowns
- Handle first level escalation of customer issues
- Assist in training and coaching other Front End Associates
