Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of cashier experience
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of cashier experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle transaction approvals and markdowns
- Experience in supervising or coaching staff is desirable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of retail policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Process checkout and return transactions
- Monitor and maintain self-checkout area
- Provide customer service with product and project knowledge
- Position cashiers and support with price checks and transaction approvals
- Approve markdowns across various registers
- Handle first level escalation for customer issues
- Assist in supervision, coaching and training of cashiers
