Customer service experience

Job Duties

Greet customers and provide exceptional service
process transactions quickly and accurately using POS system
handle various payment types including cash, checks, credit/debit cards, SNAP EBT, and coupons
adhere to company policies on cash handling and restricted sales
report pricing discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy
comply with food safety and all applicable legal regulations
maintain a clean and safe work environment
support customers with diverse needs including minors and individuals with special needs
communicate effectively with customers and team members
