Job Duties
- Process checkout and return transactions
- Monitor and maintain the self-checkout area
- Provide customers with product and project information
- Identify selling opportunities
- Minimize shrink by following all policies and procedures
- Expedite price checks
- Approve point of sale transactions and markdowns
- Provide escalation for customer issues
- Assist in training and coaching cashiers
