Job Duties
- Welcome guests in with a warm greeting and uncommon hospitality
- Answer phones with a smile and guide guests through the ordering experience
- Become an expert on all menu items, current promotions, beers on tap, and bar cocktails
- Support quick table turns through bussing and cleaning tables throughout the shift
- Ask questions to find first-time guests and make sure they are recognized by team
- Hold high standards for restaurant cleanliness and actively help with picking and trash
- Create a fun environment with a positive attitude and willingness to help the team
- Run food and drinks to guests' tables and offer refills/to-go supplies whenever needed
- Support with opening, running, and closing cleaning/re-stocking duties
- Share loyalty program with guests and coach on how to sign up
- Help teammates out wherever possible
- Learn something new every day
