Job Duties
- provide fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service to customers
- process checkout and return transactions
- monitor and maintain the self-checkout area
- seek product and project knowledge to inform customers and identify selling opportunities
- follow all policies and procedures to minimize shrinkage
- position cashiers and support them by expediting price checks and approving transactions and markdowns
- provide first level escalation for customer issues and assist in supervising, coaching, and training front end associates
