- Minimum one year of cashier experience for Head Cashier role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage stressful situations calmly
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods

- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach and mentor other associates
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- Process checkout and return transactions
- Monitor and maintain the self-checkout area
- Provide friendly and accurate customer service
- Proactively seek product and project knowledge to assist customers
- Position and support Cashiers
- Expedite price checks and approve POS transactions and markdowns
- Provide first level escalation for customer issues
- Assist in supervising, coaching, and training Front End Associates
