Job Requirements

- At least 1 year of cashier experience for Head Cashier role
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, accurate, and safe customer service
- Process checkout and return transactions accurately
- Monitor and maintain the self-checkout area
- Seek and share product and project knowledge with customers
- Minimize shrink by following all policies and procedures
- Position cashiers and expedite price checks as Head Cashier
- Approve point-of-sale transactions and markdowns
- Handle first-level escalation of customer issues
- Assist in supervising, coaching, and training front-end associates
- Participate in training new cashiers
- Use available tools to coach and develop cashiers
