Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service at checkout
- Process sales, return, and transaction activities
- Monitor and maintain the self-checkout area
- Expedite price checks and approve point of sale transactions and markdowns
- Provide first level escalation for customer issues
- Assist in the supervision, coaching, and training of front end associates
- Participate in training new cashiers and utilize tools to develop cashier skills
