Job Duties

Greet, engage, and assist customers actively
Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently
Handle various tenders such as cash, checks, credit, debit, SNAP EBT, WIC, rain checks, loyalty offers, and coupons
Adhere to company policies on cash shortages, restricted sale items, and checkout procedures
Report pricing discrepancies to Scan Coordinator
Follow policies for postage stamps, gift cards, and coupons
Stay current with seasonal and special ads
Comply with food safety regulations and safety programs
Inspect equipment and report repair needs
Create a welcoming environment by answering product questions
Adhere to all applicable laws and company guidelines
Manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
Protect customer and business information with honesty and integrity
Follow directions and seek assistance as needed
Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
Perform essential functions with or without accommodation
