Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year cashier experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Position cashiers and support them by expediting price checks
- Approve Point of Sale transactions and markdowns for mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental
- Provide first level escalation for customer issues
- Assist in the supervision, coaching, and training of other Front End Associates
- Participate in the training of new cashiers
- Utilize all available tools to coach and develop other cashiers
- Monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area
- Process checkout and return transactions accurately and safely
