Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of cashier experience
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, accurate and safe service during checkout and return transactions
- monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area
- proactively seek product and project knowledge to assist customers and identify selling opportunities
- position Cashiers and support them by expediting price checks
- approve Point of Sale transactions and markdowns for mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental
- provide first level escalation for customer issues
- assist in supervising, coaching and training Front End Associates and new Cashiers
