Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year cashier experience
- ability to work in fast-paced retail environment
- strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- process checkout and return transactions
- monitor and maintain self-checkout area
- seek product and project knowledge to assist customers and identify selling opportunities
- position cashiers and support by expediting price checks
- approve point of sale transactions and markdowns for mainline registers, self-checkout, returns, pro desk, special services, and tool rental
- provide first level escalation for customer issues
- assist in supervision, coaching and training of front end associates
