Job Duties
- Process checkout and return transactions
- Monitor and maintain self-checkout area
- Expedite price checks
- Approve point of sale transactions and markdowns
- Provide first level escalation for customer issues
- Assist in supervision, coaching, and training of front end associates
- Participate in training new cashiers and utilize coaching tools
