Job Duties
- Greet customers actively and assist with inquiries
- Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently using the Point of Sale system
- Handle various payment methods including cash, checks, credit, debit, SNAP EBT, and coupons
- Monitor and control cash shortages and overages in accordance with company policies
- Follow guidelines on restricted sales items such as alcohol and tobacco
- Report pricing discrepancies and assistance with store promotions and advertisements
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and company safety programs
