Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift, pull or push up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, squat, and stoop
- Must be punctual
- Free from drug and alcohol abuse

Job Duties
- Greet customers as they enter the location
- Accept money in the form of cash and credit or debit cards for items purchased
- Identify prices of products and services and tabulate bills with available equipment
- Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies
- Ensure accurate transactions
- Bag, box, and wrap purchased items
- Understand ticket rotation
- Assist customers in locating various products, resolving complaints, or providing information
- Stock merchandise
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store
- Perform other related duties as assigned that would lead to successful operation of department, team, and/or mission
