Job Duties
- Provide fast and friendly service at checkout
- Process checkout and return transactions accurately
- Monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area
- Position Cashiers and support them during shifts
- Expedite price checks and approve POS transactions and markdowns
- Handle first level escalation for customer issues
- Assist in training and coaching Front End Associates
- Participate in the training of new Cashiers
- Use available tools to coach and develop Cashiers
