Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as a cashier
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cashier experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer escalations effectively
- Proficiency in operating multiple point of sale systems
- Experience in coaching and training staff
- Knowledge of retail policies and shrink minimization

Job Duties
- Process checkout and return transactions
- Monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area
- Position cashiers and support them by expediting price checks
- Approve point of sale transactions and markdowns for mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental
- Provide first level escalation for customer issues
- Assist in supervision, coaching, and training of other Front End Associates
- Participate in training new Cashiers and utilize all available tools to coach and develop other Cashiers
