Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- handle cash transactions accurately
- enforce company standards for quality, cleanliness, customer service, and safety
- meet goals related to Bottom of the Basket promotions
- participate in cashier training and follow policies including WIC, checks, liquor and tobacco sales
- follow procedures for voids, refunds, and transaction cancellations
- maintain personal cashier productivity
- ensure WIC compliance
- maintain front end presentation, cleaning, and organization
- adhere to uniform and personal appearance standards
- perform other store duties as needed
- engage with customers consistently
- improve speed and efficiency of service
