Job Duties
- Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding all established store and individual goals
- achieve or exceed all established goals including sales, hourly productivity, average dollar sale, units per transaction, conversion, charge accounts, and brand specific KPIs
- have a complete working knowledge and use of selling skills and customer service standards
- develop and maintain relationships with customers through a friendly attitude and excellent customer service
- actively participate in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
- meet company standards for appearance, performance, knowledge and personal grooming
- maintain awareness of sales promotions and handle multiple customers and projects
- print merchandise tags in a timely manner
- communicate customer merchandise needs and collaborate with Store Management on merchandise assortment
- ensure consistent control of merchandise and maintain cash wrap daily
- demonstrate professionalism when dealing with customers and answer telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner
