Job Duties

Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding all established store and individual goals
achieve or exceed all established goals including sales, hourly productivity, average dollar sale, units per transaction, conversion, charge accounts, and brand specific KPIs
have a complete working knowledge and use of selling skills and customer service standards
develop and maintain relationships with customers through a friendly attitude and excellent customer service
actively participate in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
meet company standards for appearance, performance, knowledge and personal grooming
maintain awareness of sales promotions and handle multiple customers and projects
print merchandise tags in a timely manner
communicate customer merchandise needs and collaborate with Store Management on merchandise assortment
ensure consistent control of merchandise and maintain cash wrap daily
demonstrate professionalism when dealing with customers and answer telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner
