Job Requirements
- Requires flexible hours, weekend availability preferred
- Customer service experience a plus but not required
- Must communicate by Homebase and email
- Be an active part of the Rosewood Market Team adhering to high standards of service, quality, and presentation
- Take initiative to help any area of the business if possible
- Perform other duties as assigned and requested
- Understand that incidental duties connected to operations may not be specifically described and employees may be required to perform duties not in their job description at management's discretion

Job Duties
- Quickly and accurately ring up customer products
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs in a timely and effective manner
- Treat customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect
- Follow proper procedures for customer checkout, handling of tenders, use of tares, sales of alcoholic beverages, and use of PLUs and UPCs
- Follow established procedures to report errors in retail pricing or signage
- Go the extra mile to make every guest's experience a great one
- Complete side tasks as directed including cleaning register stations, sweeping floors, maintaining clean bathrooms, dusting and facing products, sweeping outside patio, pricing products
- Take direction and perform duties assigned by Front of House and/or Rosewood Market Leadership Team
- Assist fellow employees as needed
