Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of cashier experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with point of sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year cashier experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Leadership potential or experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of retail operations
Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service at checkout
- Process checkout and return transactions
- Monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area
- Expedite price checks and approve Point of Sale transactions and markdowns
- Handle transactions at mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental
- Provide first level escalation for customer issues
- Assist in supervising, coaching, and training other Front End Associates and new Cashiers
