Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of cashier experience
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic proficiency with Point of Sale systems
- ability to handle customer issues with professionalism
- willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- provide fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service during Checkout and Return transactions
- monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area
- proactively seek product and project knowledge to assist customers and identify selling opportunities
- position Cashiers and support them by expediting price checks
- approve Point of Sale transactions and markdowns for mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental
- provide first-level escalation for customer issues
- assist in supervision, coaching, and training of Front End Associates
- participate in the training of new Cashiers
- utilize tools to coach and develop other Cashiers
