Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers actively
- process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- handle various tenders including cash, checks, credit, debit, SNAP EBT, WIC, coupons, and loyalty offers
- adhere to company policies on cash shortages, restricted sale items, and checkout procedures
- report pricing discrepancies and equipment issues
- follow food safety regulations and maintain a safe environment
- assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service
