Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year cashier experience
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic proficiency with POS systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, accurate and safe service
- Process Checkout and/or Return transactions
- Monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area
- Seek product/project knowledge to assist customers and identify selling opportunities
- Position Cashiers and support them by expediting price checks
- Approve Point of Sale transactions and markdowns for registers and special services
- Provide first level escalation for customer issues
- Assist in supervision, coaching, and training of Front End Associates
- Participate in training new Cashiers
- Utilize coaching tools to develop Cashiers
