Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year cashier experience preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Proficient with point of sale systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Leadership and coaching abilities for Head Cashier role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service to customers at checkout
- Process checkout and return transactions efficiently
- Monitor and maintain the self-checkout area
- Proactively acquire product and project knowledge to assist customers and identify selling opportunities
- Follow all policies and procedures to minimize shrink
- Support Cashiers by expediting price checks and approving transactions and markdowns
- Serve as first escalation point for customer issues
- Assist in supervision, coaching, and training of Front End Associates
- Participate in training new Cashiers and utilize tools to coach and develop other Cashiers
