Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Able to independently lift up to 15lbs for extended periods
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs throughout the shift
  • Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Reaching, bending, twisting, stooping
  • Pushing and pulling
  • Lifting overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in restaurants with multiple levels

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in cash handling or cashier role is an asset
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Ability to operate POS systems
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Balance the register at the end of each shift
  • Provide excellent customer service and guide guests through menu selections
  • Enter customer orders correctly into the POS system
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work collaboratively with team members to exceed guest expectations
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
