Job Duties
- Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding all established store and individual goals
- Achieve or exceed all established goals including sales, hourly productivity, average dollar sale, units per transaction, conversion, charge accounts, contests, and brand-specific KPIs
- Utilize company selling skills and customer service standards learned from training programs
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through friendliness and excellent service
- Actively participate in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
- Maintain company standards for appearance, performance, knowledge, and personal grooming
- Manage multiple customers and projects effectively
- Print merchandise tags in a timely manner
- Communicate customer merchandise needs and coordinate with Store Management regarding assortment adequacy
- Control merchandise consistently and maintain cash wrap daily
- Demonstrate professionalism including friendly and professional telephone etiquette
