Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers actively
- Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using the POS system
- Handle various payment tenders including cash, checks, credit, debit, SNAP EBT, and WIC
- Adhere to company policies regarding restricted sales and loss prevention
- Report pricing discrepancies and follow procedures for stamps, gift cards, and coupons
- Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming promotions and ads
- Comply with food safety regulations and promote a safe store environment
