Job Duties
- Drive sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding all store and individual goals
- Manage customer transactions at point of sale efficiently
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Participate actively in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs
- Maintain company standards for appearance, performance, and personal grooming
- Handle multiple customers and projects effectively
- Maintain consistent control of merchandise and keep cash wrap daily as directed
