Job Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of basic math such as counting, addition, and subtraction
- Prior experience as a bagger or courtesy clerk preferred
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information

Job Duties
- Greet, engage, and assist customers actively
- Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Handle various tenders including cash, checks, credit, debit, SNAP EBT, and coupons according to company policy
- Adhere to company guidelines on cash shortages, restricted sales, and checkout procedures
- Report pricing discrepancies and equipment issues to management
- Follow all food safety regulations and safety procedures
- Create a welcoming environment by answering customer questions about products
