Job Duties
- Process checkout and return transactions
- Monitor and maintain the self-checkout area
- Provide fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service to customers
- Expedite price checks and approve point of sale transactions
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution
- Support in the supervision, coaching, and training of cashiers
- Participate in training new cashiers and utilizing coaching tools to develop associates
