Job Duties
- Greet, engage and assist customers actively
- Process customer transactions quickly, accurately and efficiently
- Handle various tenders such as cash, checks, credit, debit, SNAP EBT, WIC, and company loyalty offers
- Adhere to company policies on restricted sale items and loss prevention limits
- Report pricing discrepancies and follow policies on coupons and gift cards
- Stay current with promotions and food safety regulations
- Reinforce safety programs and maintain equipment
- Create a welcoming environment for customers
- Follow all relevant laws and company guidelines
- Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
- Manage conflicts reasonably and cooperatively
