- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding all established store and individual goals
- Achieve or exceed all established goals including sales, hourly productivity, average dollar sale, units per transaction, conversion, charge accounts and contests
- Have complete working knowledge and use of selling skills and customer service standards set forth in company training programs
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers through a friendly attitude and excellent customer service
- Actively participate in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs contributing to store achievements
- Meet company standards for appearance, performance, knowledge and personal grooming
- Maintain awareness of sales promotions and handle multiple customers and projects efficiently
- Print merchandise tags promptly
- Understand and communicate customer merchandise needs and liaise with Store Management
- Ensure consistent control of merchandise and maintain cash wrap daily
- Demonstrate professionalism and answer telephone in a friendly and professional manner
