Job Requirements
- Ability to continuously walk and stand throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 30 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cash handling or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow policies and procedures precisely

- Customer service and retail experience desirable
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and cash handling in a retail store environment
- Demonstrate care and compassion for customers and coworkers
- Communicate and enforce standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, and food safety
- Meet goals related to Bottom of the Basket sales
- Participate in cashier training and comply with policies including WIC, checks, liquor, and tobacco
- Follow procedures for voids, refunds, transaction cancellation, and saved recall transactions
- Maintain personal cashier productivity
- Comply with WIC procedures
- Ensure presentation, cleaning, and organization of the front end
- Perform other store duties as assigned
