Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year cashier experience
- ability to stand for long periods
- basic math skills
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of cashier experience
- strong customer service skills
- ability to handle cash and operate Point of Sale systems
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- leadership ability for Head Cashier role

Job Duties
- Process checkout and return transactions accurately and efficiently
- monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area
- provide customers with fast, friendly, and safe service
- seek product and project knowledge to assist customers and identify selling opportunities
- follow all company policies and procedures to minimize shrinkage
- position Cashiers on registers and support them by expediting price checks
- approve Point of Sale transactions including markdowns and returns
- provide first-level escalation for customer issues
- assist in supervising, coaching, and training Front End Associates
- participate in training new Cashiers
- use available tools to coach and develop other Cashiers
