Job Duties
- Achieve or exceed sales goals and individual targets
- Provide excellent customer service and manage point of sale transactions accurately
- Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise stock and replenishment
- Develop positive relationships with customers through friendly and professional interaction
- Participate actively in store contests, promotions, and sales incentives
- Ensure accurate cash control and cash wrap maintenance daily
- Communicate customer merchandise needs to store management and support inventory decisions
