- prior experience as a bagger or courtesy clerk preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers actively
- process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- handle various payment methods including cash, checks, credit, debit, SNAP EBT, and WIC
- adhere to company policies on restricted sale items and loss prevention
- report pricing discrepancies and equipment issues
- follow procedures for coupons, gift cards, and postage stamps
- stay current with promotional ads and food safety regulations
- maintain a safe environment and notify management of hazards
- provide excellent customer service by answering product questions
- manage conflicts calmly and cooperatively
- support and assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
- comply with all local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines
- work effectively in fast-paced and sometimes stressful environments
- act with honesty and integrity
- perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
