Job Duties
- Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service
- Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return

- Be visible and actively greet, engage and assist customers
- Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Understand and handle various tenders such as cash, checks, credit, debit, SNAP EBT, offline SNAP EBT, WIC, rain checks, complex loyalty offers, coupons and checkout procedures
- Adhere to company guidelines on cash shortages, overages, and restricted sale items
- Report pricing discrepancies
- Follow policies for postage stamps, gift cards, and coupons
- Stay current with present, future, seasonal, and special ads
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Comply with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and report repairs
- Provide product information to customers
- Adhere to local, state and federal laws and company policies
- Cooperate in high-paced and stressful environments
- Manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
- Act with honesty and integrity
- Seek assistance when necessary to resolve issues
- Support minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
