Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers actively and visibly
- Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Handle various payment methods including cash, checks, credit, debit, SNAP EBT, and WIC
- Adhere to company policies regarding restricted sale items and manage cash shortages or overages to control loss
- Report pricing discrepancies and follow procedures for postage stamps, gift cards, and coupons
- Stay current with all advertising, food safety, and safety program guidelines
- Create a welcoming environment and answer questions about products
- Practice preventive maintenance by inspecting equipment and reporting needed repairs
- Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts reasonably
