Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers actively
- Process customer transactions quickly and accurately
- Handle various payment methods including cash, checks, credit, debit, and SNAP benefits
- Adhere to company policies regarding cash shortages and restricted sales items
- Report pricing discrepancies and follow procedures for postage stamps, gift cards, and coupons
- Maintain current knowledge of promotions and ads
- Comply with food safety regulations and reinforce store safety procedures
