Job Requirements
- Successful completion of site personnel general orientation
- successful completion of department specific orientation
- flexibility in availability
- ability to work various shifts including early mornings and evenings
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- ability to operate cash registers and handle cash accurately
- basic math skills
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to perform routine cleaning and sanitizing duties according to health and safety standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Sets up cash register
- receive bank count and place operating cash according to denominations into register
- operate register during meal periods
- ring up total charges, make change
- balance cash receipts, meal tickets and guest passes (must match register tapes)
- set up bank in proper denominations for next shift
- assist in cleaning and sanitizing of work area and equipment, performs general routine cleaning duties and non-routine duties as directed
- maintain established policies and procedures, standards and practices in physical safety and food preparation such as HACCP, to achieve departmental objectives in high quality, nutritional meals, customer and patient safety
