- Ability to prepare and serve food, restock and maintain dining area cleanliness

- Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain grade A standards
- Customer service orientation and ability to manage challenging situations
- Ability to prepare and serve food and maintain cleanliness in dining areas
- Basic proficiency in recording sales transactions and financial documentation
Job Duties
- Assist in the maintenance of vendor products through merchandising efforts and customer support in dining areas including food preparation and serving
- Follow all safety and security measures in handling cash receipts and comply with hospital Safety Department requirements
- Maintain or enhance customer self-esteem during transactions and handle conflicting priorities with effective communication
- Adhere to cashier's manual cash handling standards and enforce proper sanitation practices to maintain grade A sanitation
- Provide daily, weekly, or monthly cash register reports and compile financial documents for sales receipt audits
- Record sales accurately by handling cash, meal tickets, and checks and address customer concerns professionally
