Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year experience working as a cashier
- reliable and punctual
- ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
- basic math skills
- strong attention to detail
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- position cashiers to optimize workflow and customer service
- expedite price checks to ensure accurate transactions
- approve Point of Sale transactions and markdowns for various registers and services
- monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area for efficiency and security
- provide first level escalation for customer issues and resolve problems promptly
- assist in supervising, coaching, and training other Front End Associates
- participate in the training of new Cashiers and utilize coaching tools to develop team skills
