Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent customer service skills
- excellent verbal communication skills
- read, write, speak and understand English
- ability to operate available equipment such as cash registers, calculators, or scanners
- basic mathematical skills as needed to make change and give refunds
- punctual
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
- knowledge of company’s mission and services, and customer-related policies
- ability to stand for prolonged periods up to 8 hours
- ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, squat, and stoop
- ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods
- free from drug and alcohol abuse

Job Duties
- Greets customers as they enter the location
- accepts money in the form of cash and credit or debit cards for items purchased
- identifies prices of products and services and tabulates bills with available equipment
- assists customers with questions or price discrepancies
- ensures accurate transactions
- bag, box, and wrap purchased items
- understands ticket rotation
- assists customers in locating various products, resolving complaints, or providing information
- stocks merchandise
- responsible for a neat, clean and organized store
- performs other related duties as assigned that would lead to successful operation of department, team, and/or mission
