Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work standing and sitting for 5-8 hours
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, kneel, and pivot frequently
- Ability to push or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Greet guests with eye contact and thank them for their business
- Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guests' expectations
- Project professionalism in accordance with dress code and grooming policies
- Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work area at all times
- Bag groceries, perform price checks, load carts, and assist with carry outs
- Operate the bottle return area safely and in compliance with company policies
- Maintain sufficient stock levels of front-end supplies
- Communicate new policies and promotional programs to guests
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
