Job Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and people skills
  • must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
  • be able to work independently with little or no supervision
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills - must be able to read, write and speak English
  • must be able to meet and/or exceed customer expectations
  • majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people and will involve frequent bending, twisting, squatting and lifting up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally
  • state specific Food Handlers Certificate (if applicable)

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • six months food and beverage experience preferred
  • excellent customer service and people skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
  • ability to meet and/or exceed customer expectations
  • understanding of company’s ISO management systems

Job Duties

  • Cashiering
  • maintain (Point-of-Sales) POS operations including opening and closing procedures
  • efficient and honest handling of all cash and credit cards adhering to company procedures
  • daily cleaning of restaurant, storerooms, and equipment, kitchen and public areas
  • stock Grab n Go coolers and maintain beverage/ice cream station (if applicable)
  • sandwich preparation when needed
  • understand company’s ISO (Environmental & Quality) management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas
  • actively participate in creating a positive work environment, promoting team work
  • adherence to Duties Checklist and other duties as assigned
