Job Duties
- process checkout and return transactions
- monitor and maintain the self-checkout area
- provide customers with fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service
- position cashiers and support them by expediting price checks
- approve point of sale transactions and markdowns for registers and special service areas
- provide first level escalation for customer issues
- assist in supervision, coaching, and training of front-end associates
