Job Duties
- provide fast, friendly, accurate, and safe customer service
- process checkout and return transactions
- monitor and maintain the self-checkout area
- position cashiers for efficient workflow
- expedite price checks
- approve point of sale transactions and markdowns
- provide first level escalation for customer issues
- assist in coaching and training front end associates
- participate in training new cashiers
- use tools to coach and develop other cashiers
