Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to travel to the assigned restaurant location
- Ability to stand and walk for 95-100 percent of the shift
- Ability to bend, reach, and lift or carry items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to follow company policies and operating procedures
- Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively
- Availability for variable part-time hours
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Food handler certification may be required based on local regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- General knowledge of computers and POS systems desired
- Ability to perform basic business math skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and customers
Job Duties
- Delivers effective results in the areas of quality, guest service, safety, security, cleanliness and product preparation
- Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains them to guests accurately
- Operates point of sale system/cash register to record orders and compute payments
- Adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards
- Follows all company operation policies and procedures
- Makes recommendations to improve restaurant operations
- Maintains professional appearance and grooming standards
- Cleans and maintains all restaurant areas to promote a clean image
