Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to travel to the assigned restaurant location
  • Ability to stand and walk for 95-100 percent of the shift
  • Ability to bend, reach, and lift or carry items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to follow company policies and operating procedures
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively
  • Availability for variable part-time hours

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  • Food handler certification may be required based on local regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • General knowledge of computers and POS systems desired
  • Ability to perform basic business math skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and customers

Job Duties

  • Delivers effective results in the areas of quality, guest service, safety, security, cleanliness and product preparation
  • Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner
  • Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains them to guests accurately
  • Operates point of sale system/cash register to record orders and compute payments
  • Adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards
  • Follows all company operation policies and procedures
  • Makes recommendations to improve restaurant operations
  • Maintains professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Cleans and maintains all restaurant areas to promote a clean image
